Brett Mosher

As a pastor’s kid, a pastor, and a nonprofit ministry leader, Brett knows both the challenges and blessings ministry leaders face. Before founding DEEPEN MINISTRIES, he served for 17 years as a pastor at Oakwood Church in New Braunfels, TX. For 11 of those years, he simultaneously served as Executive Director of New Braunfels Christian Ministries, a separate 501c3 started by the church. In those roles, Brett oversaw a Christian counseling center, a food pantry, a five-site after-school tutoring/mentoring program for elementary students, and a charitable medical/dental clinic for the uninsured. During that time, Brett was contracted by Texas Baptists to coach church planters during the first year of their new church. Brett is passionate about coming alongside ministry leaders so that they not only lead others into the abundant life of Jesus—but also experience it themselves. Brett is the Founder and Chief Executive of DEEPEN and serves as a coach, pastoral counselor, retreat leader, and speaker.
